Vaccinations Dogs:
- Rabies
- DAP
- Bordetella
- Influenza
- *Puppies over 4mo must be vaccinated for rabies
Vaccinations Cats:
- Rabies
- FVRCP
- Leukemia
Documentation must be provided by the Veterinarian showing the dates the vaccines were given. If no documentation is given the pets will be vaccinated by the Veterinarian on call and they will be quarantined for the duration of that stay. An additional fee will be charged for those in quarantine.
Boarding
Boarding charges begin the day of drop off regardless of the time. The checkout time is 12 noon. If your pet is checked out after noon you will be charged for an additional day. There is always a full-day charge for pets being picked up on Sunday.
Advance reservations are advised for all holidays and weekends.
Reservations will be held with a credit card.
Check-In Hours
You may check in anytime during business hours. Allow 15-30 minutes before check-in to fill out the necessary forms. Please check in at least 1 hour prior to our closing time.
Check-Out Hours
Check-out is 12:00 noon Monday through Saturday.
After 12:00 noon there will be an additional half-day charge. There is an extra day charge for any Sunday pickup. If you pick up before your scheduled departure day you will be charged for the remaining reserved days unless appropriate notice is given.
Early Pick-Up
24-hour notice is required for any early pick-up or you will be charged for all days reserved. During Holidays 48-hour notice is required. Please call if there is a change and you will pick up early. (940) 302-0004 OR (After Hours (940) 302-0004)
After Hours Check-in or Check-Out
Early in or late out, is available by prior arrangement.
